GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® instructor at the Paris Opera Ballet.
Ms. Alba made her career as a dancer between Germany and Austria at the Leipzig Opera and the Vienna State Opera. She moved to France after an experience at the Ballet de l'Opéra de Nice and decided to start teaching.
She discovered GYROTONIC® in 2000 and quickly became a certified instructor, then a pre-trainer, and finally a Master Trainer of GYROTONIC®.
Today, she directs the Uma center and teaches the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods at the Opéra National de Paris.
Physical preparation of the dancer
Manola offers more specifically GYROTONIC® courses for the physical preparation of professional and trainee dancers.
These lessons allow the dancer to understand, develop and improve his technique from the inside. They bring better body awareness, flexibility and strength, injury prevention and a deeper understanding of dance physiology.
